Following the Overland Endurance Tourist Trophy of Crete which proved such a success,
the organisers have, as you know, decided to inflate the publics perception of their
international races. So for the second year running the Circum-Med Races have provided
a show case for unparalleled innovation. Apart from the Anzani inspired propeller
bikes, all formats have been allowed and been given classes to race within. Gibraltar,
Spain, France, Italy, Sicily, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, then back to Gibraltar.
The Hammerhead 500cc flat twin two stroke was this years winner in the front wheel
drive class. Some have stated that with the absence of the Radial 5 cylinder Megolas
